Keys To Better Golf

Basic Fundamentals

The correct ball position provides solid contact, proper height and distance for the club being used. Keep it Simple: Long clubs forward in stance Middle clubs middle of stance Short clubs back of stance Specialty shots require more options!
General rule of thumb for woods is to make the equator of the ball even with the top edge of the club. With irons, tee the ball as close to the turf with your fingers slightly pinching between the turf and ball.
Preparing for a shot as important as hitting the shot. In order to help achieve consistency in the game of golf the same preparation to hit every shot is important. Just watch the PGA & LPGA tour pros. They all do the same routine before they hit each shot no matter what type of shot it is.
